Questions & Answers

The Content Factory (LGE D2C Creative Hub) is a centralized team that creates promotional banners for LG subsidiaries worldwide. We produce banners for LG.com and external ad channels (Criteo, Google Ads, Social) to drive traffic and direct sales through LG.com.
Package variations (modifying existing templates) take approximately 7 workdays. New banner designs from scratch take approximately 21 workdays. First drafts are typically ready within 2-3 workdays for variations and 5-7 workdays for new designs. Timeline depends on all materials being provided upfront.
Contact the admin through the Help button in the portal. Provide your name, email, subsidiary, and position. You will receive an invite from noreply@airtable.com. Each subsidiary has a maximum of 5 accounts (3 Editor + 2 Viewer).
We provide banners for LG.com (Hero, Category, Sub-category, etc.) and external ad channels (Social media sizes, Google Ads, Criteo, GDN). You can select all needed sizes when filling out your request ticket in Step 3. Additional custom sizes for other platforms can also be specified.
Yes. When your draft is ready, you will receive an automated email. You can click on the image in Airtable to leave feedback directly on the draft. The team will revise based on your comments.
Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis across all subsidiaries. Urgent deadlines do not guarantee faster delivery. However, requests with minimal changes may take less time. Plan ahead and submit your request as early as possible.
Contact the admin through the Help button in the portal. For DAM access issues, contact lgdam@lge.com.
Editors can create, modify, and submit banner requests on Airtable. Viewers can only browse existing templates and track request status. Each subsidiary gets 3 Editor slots and 2 Viewer slots (5 total). Confirm with your team before requesting a new account.
You can attach reference images and product images when filling out your request. However, for background and lifestyle images, only NPI and stock images approved by HQ are allowed. Consult your legal team about copyright, portrait rights, or usage rights for any non-master-banner images.
If no response is received within 3 days after a draft is shared for review, the request is automatically closed. You would need to submit a new request to restart the process.
No. The Content Factory creates content exclusively for LG.com. Third-party retailer content would encourage sales from their sites rather than LG.com, which conflicts with our mission.
Monthly design templates distributed by HQ D2C Content team on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. They contain globally shared key themes that subsidiaries can use as-is or request variations from the Content Factory.
